Lyon was strange for us. We have many theories as to why: our Airbnb location, our first experience there, our expectations for it, our difficulty getting dinner reservations… But what matters is we enjoyed it in the end. It took a little time to warm up to Lyon. And while much of it was lackluster, we still had a few unforgettable moments including Odessa Wine Bar, Mystical Lyon Tour, vegan pastries, Jazz n Pizza, and that’s about it.
